プノンペンの生活まとめ

気候
11月くらいから朝晩はとても涼しい。昼間は30度くらいまで気温が上がることもある。
それでも一日半袖で過ごせる。

移動
バスや地下鉄がないのでバイクや自転車がかかせないが、
まだ買ってないのでトゥクトゥク(バイクの後ろに荷台がついている)でいつも移動する。
料金は交渉式で感覚的には1.5kmにつき1ドルくらい

通貨
ドルがメインで現地通貨のリエルはおつりで支払われる。
1ドル＝4000リエルだがチェーン店系のお店は1ドル＝4100リエルだったり為替で変動する。

食事
中華料理・クメール料理が多い。チャーハンが3ドルくらいの相場。
地元のアンコールビール330mlのビンがバーで2ドル、
現地のレストランだと0.6ドルのところもある。
レストランの夕方ハッピータイムで中ジョッキ0.6ドルの店もある。
500mlのペットボトルのジュースは0.5ドル

たばこ
Winston(１箱0.6ドル)を吸っている。
空き箱5箱を持って行くと1箱もらえる店もあるらしい。
ラーク、クールはない。

運動
フットサル場が多いが、近所のところは1時間10ドルで利用できる。
オフィス近くのホテルのフィットネスクラブが1ヶ月50ドル、3ヶ月120ドルらしいがまだ会員になっていない。

お風呂
アパートにバスタブがないので近所のお風呂付きのマッサージやさんに週1回いく。
風呂だけだと6.5ドル、マッサージ込みで13ドルくらい。
